Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? I should be able to! We had this service for YEARS, going back to 2007. We cancelled the service in 2019, as we were bringing the cleaning in house. Fast forward to the end of 2020 and we decided to go back to this company to handle more of the deep cleaning. They are always super professional, and handled everything we have asked for and actually more. One thing I really love is the willingness of my contact to get back to me quickly when I had a question or a request. Do yourself a favor, and hire this company.

Casa Bella Pro Is by far a very good, very responsive janitorial service company. From the very beginning they were very easy to contact and obtain excellent price quotes and a very good service contract. Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. Without the slightest doubt or reservation, I would not hesitate for a moment hesitate to recommend them to others for janitorial work. Give them a chance to suit your needs and see for yourself how pleased you will be !

We hired Casa Bella Pro to clean our offices. Not only did they come on time, but they cleaned better than any company has ever cleaned for us. The crew showed up after hours, cleaned everything we had explained was needed and they did a wonderful job. The value they gave is unbeatable. They truly are price aggressive and perform well. I would highly recommend them to any company that needs after hours cleaning.

Great service, good communication and response time as well as a company I felt like I could trust. I was happy to have Casa Bella Pro help me with my project and their team did a good job. They were thorough in checking their work and making sure everything was good to go. If I ever need a similar service again, I would definitely consider contacting them in the future.

Exceeded my expectations! I needed a deep cleaning for an open house and Lucy was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule the next day. Attention to detail was super important and she and her crew did an awesome job! Thank you again!

Had the crew come in and clean...my house is SPARKLING!! they got out stains and mold that I have been trying to get out for 7 yrs now!!! They are amazing!

Lucy and her team did an amazing job in deep cleaning my home after remodeling left it a nightmare. They were able to come at very short notice which was truly appreciated. I am very hard to please when it comes to finding a house cleaning service that meets my needs but Lucy and her team went over and beyond my expectations! I am so fortunate to have found them and will definitely be using them again! Thank you so much! I would recommend you to anyone!

We had a 4,000 sq ft house to prepare for rental. The cleaning would have been a nightmare except the fact the Lucy and her crew spent 2 days for new rentals to move in ready! Top to bottom it is gleaming with luster and shine. Great job highly recommend!!

Lucy and her cleaning crew / family are fantastic .... They have worked extremely hard today and cannot thank them enough for helping us get our rental house ready to sell . They where exhausted but kept going . I am so grateful . Thank you ,thank you ,thank you ..

The ladies did a great job & were able to fit me in with same day service. They made my kitchen sparkle especially in terms of the grout! Overall I was very happy & only noticed minor oversights in my powder room but other than that they really did do an outstanding job. By far the best service I've tried since moving to Temecula & I sure have tried a few! I would definitely use them again.
